Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and us ("we", "us") about your use of this website and its AI video tools (the "service"). By using the service you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Who can use the service

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You can try some tools without an account. To keep your results, get sign-up credits or pay, you need an account. Give us a real email address and keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • One person, one account. Don't create extra accounts to collect free credits.

What you may not do

You may not use the service to create, upload or share:

  • sexual content of any kind, or any content that sexualizes minors;
  • intimate or "undressed" images of a real person, or any image of a real person made to humiliate, harass or threaten them;
  • images of real people meant to deceive, such as fake evidence, impersonation, fraud or misleading political content;
  • content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights;
  • content that promotes violence, hatred or illegal activity, or anything else that breaks the law.

Only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, you need their permission to edit it.

You also may not:

  • try to get around our safety checks, usage limits or watermarks;
  • attack, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the service;
  • resell or share access to the service, or use it through automated means we haven't allowed.

We check prompts automatically and may refuse a request. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the authorities.

Your content and results

  • What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the tools you use and to keep the service safe.
  • Your results are yours to use, as far as the law allows, for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. Results made only with free credits carry a small watermark.
  • AI results can be inaccurate or look like other people's work, and someone else may get a similar result. You are responsible for checking a result before you rely on it or publish it.
  • Results include machine-readable metadata that says they were made with AI. Don't present them as real photographs where that could mislead people.
  • We delete uploads and results on a fixed schedule; see the Privacy Policy. Keep your own copies of anything you want to keep.

Credits and payments

  • Every AI action costs a number of credits, shown before you start. If a generation fails, its credits go back to your balance automatically.
  • Credits have no cash value, can't be transferred and expire as shown in your account: daily free credits at midnight UTC, and credit packs after the time shown when you buy them.
  • Credit packs are one-time payments. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
  • Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may be added where required.
  • Refunds follow our Refund Policy. If you dispute a payment with your bank, the credits from that payment are removed and we may suspend the account while the dispute is open.
  • Free credits and free usage limits are a courtesy. We may change them at any time and limit them per person, device or network.

This website makes videos in the style of trends that are popular on social media. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, CapCut, Instagram, YouTube or the people who started a trend. We don't provide copyrighted music or the original videos; if you want a trend's soundtrack, add it in the app where you post.

Changes to the service

AI models and tools change often. We may add, change or remove tools, models and features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. When a paid feature is removed, you keep the credits you have and can use them on the other tools.

Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk or is used for fraud. Where it is reasonable, we will tell you why. If we close your account without a good reason, we refund the unused part of what you paid.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose, or that results will be accurate or unique.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, data or business. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to cover claims brought against us because of content you uploaded or created, or because you broke these terms, to the extent the law allows.

If you believe something on the service infringes your rights, email us with a description of the work, where it appears and your contact details. We will look into it and remove content where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will notify you by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply.

Your rights and contact

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law where you live. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
